homosphaera\u5bf9\u5bcc\u8425\u517b\u5316\u6e56\u6cca\u7684\u8fdb\u5316\u53ca\u9002\u5e94\u673a\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\uff081\uff09\u56e2\u961f\u5229\u7528PacBio\u4e09\u4ee3\u6d4b\u5e8f\u6280\u672f\u5bf9Mychonastes homosphaera\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u5e8f\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e865.8 Gb\u6709\u6548\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u7ec4\u88c5\u51fa\u4e86Contig N50\u4e3a2 Mb\u768424.23 Mb\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u6ce8\u91ca\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a20.13%\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u4e3a\u91cd\u590d\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u7f16\u7801\u57fa\u56e06649\u4e2a\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3000\u3000\uff082\uff09\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u76f8\u5173\u4ee3\u8c22\u901a\u8def\u6784\u5efa\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0cMychonastes homosphaera\u9ad8\u6cb9\u8102\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u800c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u78b3\u6e90\u9009\u62e9\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u5149\u5408\u901f\u7387\u548c\u65fa\u76db\u7684\u751f\u957f\u901f\u7387\uff0c\u8ba9Mychonastes homosphaera\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u6d4b\u5e8f\u7684\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u4e3a\u85fb\u7c7b\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6570\u636e\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u85fb\u7c7b\u9002\u5e94\u548c\u8fdb\u5316\u673a\u5236\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u9610\u8ff0\u8d85\u5fae\u85fb\u5728\u6e56\u6cca\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u7684\u751f\u6001\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u201cGenome
